I've shot a lot of different subject matter over 15 years of photography. 

But this... this is my heart.

What does a Mariposa session look like? 

You come in for hair/make-up at a salon literally next door to me.
You come up to the studio - we chat about outfits and accessories.
We shoot for 60 minutes.
I give you a gift card to the coffee house across the street, you go get coffee, I sort and pre-edit the best photos.
You come back and we go over your images.
You figure out what you LOVE and place your order. 
You get your image gallery that night with color AND bw images. AND your product shows up at your door less than two weeks later. 

BOOM. THE BEST SESSION EVER>>> Oh, and you also left feeling...

What a Mariposa session does not look like:

Stressing over your weight, or body type in order to even book a session.
Comparing your session in your mind to anyone else I have already posted. YOU ARE YOU AND YOU ARE UNIQUE and BEAUTIFUL!
Feeling like you can't afford a session like this. I have payment plans yo! Let's do this already! I have a variety of options as well with pricing!
Thinking you are too old for a session like this. Heck to the no. All ages accepted over 21.
Thinking you have nothing to wear. I can't provide you with bra and panty, you gotta bring those. But I've got some slips and robes that are gorgeous and ready for you to use!
Feeling afraid or fearful to do this. I am your coach and I will pose you down to your finger tips. You have nothing to fear. I got you!
Worried about stretch marks, scars, zits, whatever. If you don't want it on there, I have some pretty awesome makeup called Photoshop. It's pretty amazing.
Like it came out of Hustler or Penthouse. Nope. Not my style. Those images are more about sexuality. My images are more about celebrating femininity and empowerment. My sessions are uber classy. A bit vintage. Beautiful and elegant. Ethereal. Romantic. Dreamy.
